We offer website design, development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and digital marketing services. Scope of work, timeline, and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon via written agreement or project proposal.

3. Payments and Fees

• All projects require an advance payment of 50% (or as per the agreement).
• Final payment must be made before delivery or website launch.
• Payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Client must provide accurate information and content (text, images, logo, etc.).
• Client must respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Client is responsible for the legality of all submitted content.

5. Revisions and Maintenance

We allow a limited number of revisions as per the package. Extra changes beyond the scope will be charged separately. Ongoing website maintenance is not included unless specifically mentioned.

6. SEO and Ranking Disclaimer

While we follow best practices for SEO, we do not guarantee specific rankings on search engines. SEO results depend on many external factors beyond our control.

7. Ownership and Rights

• Client owns the final website upon full payment.
• We reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio.
• Until full payment is received, all designs and code remain the property of Jiojith Web Services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. Any business or personal information shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with a written notice. If terminated by the client, all work done until that point must be paid for.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or SEO performance.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Chennai.
